Apply for our scholarships!

The Ohio No-Till Council is offering up to 6 scholarships ranging from $500-$1000. These scholarships are one year in length and are open to students who are enrolling or are currently enrolled in a two-year or four-year accredited college or tech program. Preference for all scholarships will be given to those majoring in agriculture and/or coming from a conservation farming background (parents or grandparents). Four $500-dollar scholarships are open to applicants of any college or tech school with any expected degree. The Richards Family is honoring the late Bill Richards by continuing to sponsor a Scholarship ($1000). The scholarship is open to an applicant majoring in agriculture at The Ohio State University. Pictures here A $1000 scholarship, from the David Brandt Fund, will be awarded. This scholarship is open to an applicant fulfilling the above requirements and studying Agriculture at The Ohio State University or Wilmington College. Previous winners and applicants may apply each year they are eligible. All monies awarded will be made payable to the winner’s respective school. Scholarships are open to all incoming freshman, sophomore, junior and senior students. The selection process will occur in March and winners will be announced by early April.

We are a group of young and old farmers, and lifelong friends of farmers, that host events, direct research, promote education, support private businesses, and cooperate with public programs. We believe that together with others of like-mindedness we can improve the productivity of Ohio's soil and farms with no-till.
